Approached down a long drive way, off the Castledermot Athy Road. Entrance opposite Kilkea Bridge on the turn, left hand side of road. An ideal base for touring Kildare.

2 Double Bedrooms (2 Ensuite), 1 private adjoining Bathroom. 1 twin with private shower. 1 family studio (sleeps 4 sharing) own Bathroom. Occasional painting & musical workshops.

Ideal location from which to sight see the Wicklow Mountains, visit the Irish National Stud, Japanese Gardens and St Fiachras Gardens in Kildare. Within easy reach of several local race courses - The Curragh, Punchestown, Gowran Park. Mini Buses can be arranged to the races. Adjacent to Kilkea Castle Golf Club and Leisure Centre facilities. Bridge weekends by arrangement. Featured in Best B/B's, Hidden Places of Ireland and Kildare Failte.

Kilkea Lodge Farm Bed & Breakfast is the perfect place to choose if you wish to celebrate a Birthday, anniversary or special family occasion with an intimate group of your best friends. Ideal numbers being up to 10 people.

An excellent location for activity breaks such as coarse fishing on the river Barrow and river Griese. Many Golf courses to choose from in Kildare.

This Year some grass walk ways have been developed around the fields which can lead to some very lovely country side rambles. We specialise in Hen weekends combining an opportunity to do something creative in one of the workshops.

Musical, Festival and Opera tours can be arranged and transport organised to Blackstairs Opera, Wexford and The National Concert Hall in Dublin. Also available: Pianist... light accompanist for Receptions..Music for Weddings, Funerals & Christening. Soloists available.

Watercolour Workshops

Water colour painting get togethers will take place on alternate Tuesdays monthly throughout June and July.

Kilkea Lodge Farm B&B Livery/Stables

Keen competitive riders can also book in with their own horse for a * refresher or pre competition dressage course with Marion Greene who is a well known listed dressage judge. We offer short term livery accommodation and boarding for your horse. Rates on request.
