These two architect-designed cottages were built with traditional features ensuring a warm atmosphere by offering either an open fireplace or a woodburning stove. Mount Brandon is one of the southeast's most attractive self-catering properties featuring pine furniture throughout.

Location:

Built in 1998 these two cottages are located just outside of Graiguenamanagh only 5 minutes walk from the river Barrow. We are ideally located for rambles over river trails, mountain walks and routes like the "South Leinster Way" which passes "at our doorstep". There is an abundance of traditional pubs in Graiguenamanagh, some also serving food.

Additional Information:

Mount Brandon is an excellent starting point for those wanting to explore the "Medieval Capital of Ireland", Kilkenny, as well as Carlow, Enniscorthy, Wexford or Waterford. In very attractive and comfortable surroundings Mount Brandon cottages offer the freedom to relax and wander through a magnificent natural environment of mountain, meadow and river with spectacular views of the renowned Barrow Valley landscape, the Blackstairs mountain range and Brandon hill.
